Brings more than 40 years of experience working with US Environmental Protection Agency Office or Research and Development, US Depart of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and other federal and state organizations focused on environmental, energy and homeland security. Herb’s expertise is in the fields of air and water pollution control and monitoring, alternative/renewable energy evaluation and development, public health protection, soil and groundwater remediation, and water security.

Jay Goodman

CEO of LumenOptix and former Managing Director and Principal at Westinghouse Lighting Solutions. Jay’s brings with him a vast knowledge in team building, product positioning, sales channel expertise, operations development and supply chain development.

Ralph ThompsonCEO of Holocene, LLC. Ralph has 35 years in construction industry leadership. Ralph managed Chevron Energy Solutions North Carolina market to public sector performance contracting. His first solar thermal project was completed in 1977. He was construction manager for the first LEED Platinum Certified Project in North Carolina. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering Construction from North Carolina State University. His Professional Engineer registration is in North Carolina, and is a LEED Accredited Professional by the USGBC.

CEO of SolarUS as well as Vice Chair of the Solar Energy Industry Association, on the boards of Solar Connecticut as well as Green World Capital. Steve brings experience in energy distribution, sustainable design, power purchase agreements, and solar thermal energy.
